POWER RANKINGS

The Power Rankings are Eli's weekly rankings of the 12 teams the Sunflower League.  Teams move up and down in the rankings on a weekly basis, based on their performances.  An initial Preseason Power Ranking is released in July, and the final ranking is culminated following the last regular season games.  Power Rankings are not conducted during the playoffs.
